7. Liability for content
As a service provider, the provider is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with §7(1) of the German Digital Services Act (DDG, formerly Telemedia Act, TMG) and the general laws. Under §§8 to 10 DDG (formerly §§8 to 10 TMG), the provider is, however, not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is, however, only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content concerned without delay.
8. Liability for links
The Service contains links to external websites of third parties, over whose content the provider has no influence. We cannot therefore assume any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of those pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking.
However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Upon notification of any legal infringement, such links will be removed immediately.
9. Copyright
The content and works created by the provider on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this Service are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.
Insofar as the content on this Service was not created by the provider, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please notify us. Upon notification of any such legal infringement, the content concerned will be removed immediately.
